Todays child care CO

Currently I am babysitting out of my home. I will eventually be getting my license and have made great changes to my place to make it fun as well as safe. I do offer a daily schedule and I try my best to operate as a daycare, although I am always trying new things to see how my parents and children adjust to make it most convenient and comfortable for them! I love to teach and care for children of any age. I do have 7 of my own which are here as well but they are all in school full time so they may be here in the a.m. drop off or afternoon pick up. So I will definitely have everyone meet so you know who will be around children. My main purpose is to help parents by giving their children a fun, safe, loving, caring environment to be in while the parents are working! I work for you and the children so I am flexible on hours as well. I also enjoy taking them on field trips such as museums, parks, swimming, zoo, amusement parks, and any other fun places we can find that's weather appropriate if need be! Tons of learning does go on without it seeming like so, because everything we do is fun while they are in our care !! I do hope to hear from you and possibly schedule a meet and greet, thanks for your time and have a blessed day!
Your government contends that these changes are necessary because they will “increase access”. To the contrary, analyses by public entities and community service providers show that “new” infant rooms with a younger, narrower age range at a very high fee will close and that there will be severe financial and practical effects that affect service viability across age groups.
We have had our two children (and soon to be one more) enrolled at Orchard Valley for the last 2 years and we have been very pleased. The teachers are excellent and their curriculum is top notch! Our children absolutely love to go to school. Occasionally even on the weekends they will ask, "Can we go to school today?" Each and every day is new and exciting. They do crafts, enjoy outdoor play and they are always learning something new. We have had our children at another top notch daycare center previous to this one and we left that one to come to Orchard Valley for the education that they provide. There are other more expensive programs out there. But Orchard Valley is the top for the quality of care, education, and guidance that you receive for your money. All instructors are background checked and CPR certified. If there is a problem it gets resolved immediately. I also like their no tolerance for biting as well as their discipline policies. They really work with you and your family to raise your child together as a team. Also, they do a fantastic job with potty training making it a painless process for all. This is an A++++++++++++++ organization and we have recommended it many times to our friends for their childcare needs.
You ensure that your little one sees the doctor for general health care. Dental care is an important part of taking care of a child’s health, too. As a good parent you know that taking care of one’s teeth is a great habit to teach young people from a very early age. Everyone loves to show off a brilliant smile, at every age. And when kids take care of their pearly whites from a young age, they’ll maintain their beautiful smile for years to come.

Our dedicated teachers encourage students to be active and creative explorers, as well as independent, self-confident learners. In fact, at Cadence Academy Preschool, Smoky Hill, every student is treated as an individual and able to progress at his or her natural ability while still reaching desired age-level goals. In addition to core curriculum offered for preschool and Pre-Kindergarten children, we provide before and after care for school-age children.
To me, this is the most important resource to have for raising healthy children. I am pregnant with my 2nd child and follow the extremely nutrient dense pregnancy diet from this book. I’ve also followed the food introduction schedule for my first born (3 yo now) to ensure he grows up loving and eating REAL FOOD- not crap food laced with sugar and chemicals like cereal, processed/boxed/bagged “foods”, juice, waffles, artificially colored anything, pizza, etc which gives children zero vitamins and nutrition. My son eats and loves broccoli, salmon, chicken, eggs, fruits, beans, nuts, cod liver oil, avocados, coconut oil, bone broth soups...all because of what I’ve read in this wonderful book. I truly believe because he has grown up on these nutrient dense foods and healthy fats like CLO, coconut oil and real butter, his memory is astounding (brains REQUIRE fats to function optimally!). I am constantly referring to it not just for diet, but for alternative cures for childhood sickness, how to make your home as healthy as possible, baby and child care, vaccines, supplementation, child milestones, recipes, to name a few. If you want to have a truly healthy pregnancy and child, this is the book to follow.
Qualistar Colorado and its Qualistar Rating™ team partner with programs on the assessment phase of their quality improvement journey. Evidence of a high quality early learning experience can be found in many aspects of a program. Strong Family Partnerships, age-appropriate learning experiences, positive interactions between teachers and children, effective health and safety procedures, and the ongoing training and education of the program staff are just some of the critical areas that contribute to the quality of care provided to children and families. These and other criteria are assessed per program by the Rating team. Learn more about Qualistar Rating™ components and the rating process.
Hi!! I'm Michelle!!! I have my Bachelors Degree (BA) in Early Childhood Development. I graduated in 2009. My husband and I have 3 children all who attend school. I homeschooled them prior to attending public school. I've served and taught at every age level in Children's Ministry for the past 13 years. I have also been a nanny to a sweet baby boy for the last two years. Due to relocation, I had to say goodbye to him. Children are truly my joy, and bring so much light to my life. I especially enjoy caring for newborns-toddlers. There is something so special about that age group. I hope that you will consider me when choosing a Nanny. I will always care for your child as if they were my own. If you allow me to watch your child in my home, I'll be available all day, and on weekends. But if you choose to have me watch them in your home, I am only available from 8 to 2. Blessings, Michelle.
Hi there! My name is Grace, I'm 23 years old and I've been nannying part and full time for 4 years and I very much enjoy it. To give you a little more background on myself and my experience - I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and I am Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certified. I have previously worked at a standard daycare and Gold's Gym Kid's Club. As well as in home babysitting from 15 years old to current. I've nannied part time for 2 boys 6 and 8. Also nannied full-time for a baby from 2 months to 16 months. I have experience with infants, toddlers and older preteen/teen kids. I truly have an authentic love for children. I'm a multi-tasker and I make sure that everything I do is thorough and sufficient. I'm comfortable with running errand and doing housework. I'd like to think I'm a pretty easy going and fun babysitter while maintaining an authoritative figure while the parents are not present.
I enjoyed reading Nourishing Traditions (NT) and have incorporated some of the information from that book into my family's diet. It also prompted me to delve into some areas of nutrition research that I hadn't read before NT. I expected this book to take a similar approach to child care (i.e. present qualitative and quantitative research, give an overview of historical trends, and present ideas from various cultures). I had high hopes for this book, since Sally Fallon was once again listed as an author, but after reading this book perhaps I should search for more from Mary Enig (the co-author of NT, but not on this book).
